what should be my choice?:learn 2 foreign language skillfully or learn 4 or 5 languages in a low level?
due to explosion of information now adays and it’s vast territory
there is no culture and language that can clain that it contains
all datas,information,sciences and we all need to each other’s
knowledge when being wise.internet with the vast coverage ,
labs all over the world ,you know?
i am planning to study and improve my knowledge in the field of “history of science” beside my study and am exteremly feeling the lack of knowing some more foreign languages.
i need your valuable ideas.thank you all in advance.
what is the best way for me to learn foreign languages?
I love to learn foreign languages,i’m a high school student and want to enter a university which can learn foreign languages but because of my worse maths,so it is hard to enter.my dream is to learn 4 foreign languages at least(i hope i could chat with all people from all over the world wherever the people belong ) i want to be a translator in future, whatever and whenever i read a book i always want to translate it into English, what should i do?
What colleges are out there in America to become a translator and learn plenty of foreign languages?
I want to become a translator,and to travel the world . I find that it’s hard to get into a college here in the US to specifically study foreign languages in one college/university.
In the future I want to study to learn these languages and become a professional translator:
arabic
japanese
french
i can speak some swahili (but want to speak fluently/can understand fluently)
and hindi
what colleges are out there in the country to learn foreign languages?i just love languages!
