What college majors have minors in foreign languages here in the Philippines?

I’m taking up BS Business Administration major in International Management so we will study foreign languages.
We are required to learn basic Chinese| Mandarin and we can choose other languages we want to learn such as Japanese, German and Spanish.

if you are going to study at up you will have elective subject so you can choose whatever course you want if the up campus you are enrolled at does not offer the subject you can cross enroll at any up college at summer
(elective are any subjects of your on choosing to fill in the required unit load that you need for the semester/to graduate)
but i really don’t know how many elective subject you will get depends upon the course you choose
